Profile Summary
Broedrene Hartmann A/S is a Denmark-based company engaged in the manufacture of molded-fiber packaging that is used primarily for eggs. The Company’s activities are divided into two geographical segments: Europe and North America. The Europe segment comprises production and sale of molded-fiber packaging in Europe, including Israel, as well as the sale of machinery for molded-fiber packaging production and the combined heat and power plant in Toender, which is located in Denmark. The North America segment includes the production and sale activities in the North America. Its customer portfolio comprises egg producers, egg packaging businesses, retail chains and buyers of industrial packaging. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of Hartmann (UK) Ltd, Hartmann France Sarl, Hartmann Verpackung AG, Hartmann-Schwedt GmbH, Hartmann-Mai Ltd, and Hartmann-Hungary Kft, among others.
