Statement re Net Asset Value and Proposed Fundraising

 

 

The Company announces that as at 30 June 2024 the unaudited net asset value of
its ordinary shares was 57.50 pence per ordinary share. An interim management
report for the six months ended 30 June 2024 will be published in due
course.

 

New combined offer for subscription (the "Offer")

The Company and British Smaller Companies VCT plc are pleased to announce
their intention to launch a new combined Offer for subscription for the
2024-25 tax year later this year.

 

A prospectus with full details of the proposed Offer will be published in due
course.
