Loraine Woodhouse, Non-Executive Director of British Land, has been appointed
as a Non-Executive Director of Associated British Foods plc with effect from 1
October 2024. Loraine will become a member of the Audit and Remuneration
Committees on appointment and will Chair the Audit Committee from 24 April
2025.
