Bremworth Limited is a New Zealand-based rug and carpet company. The principal activities of the Company comprise wool acquisition, and carpet and rug manufacturing and sales. The Company’s segments include Carpet and Wool. The Carpet segment is involved in the manufacturing and sales of carpet and rugs in New Zealand, Australia, and rest of the world. The Wool segment is involved in the acquisition of wool for the carpet segment and for sales to external customers in New Zealand. Its carpets offerings include Bremworth collections, Aspire collections, and Lifestyle collections. It offers a range of wool rugs available in custom shapes and sizes. The Company has manufacturing facilities in Auckland, Napier, and Whanganui. The Company’s subsidiaries include Bremworth Carpets and Rugs Limited, Bremworth Pty Limited, Cavalier Bremworth (Australia) Limited, Bremworth Spinners Limited, and Elco Direct Limited.
