Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Bowen (LSE: BWN), a special purpose acquisition company formed to acquire
businesses in the technology innovations sector with a focus on the financial
services industry, announces that at the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the
Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

Details of the voting, which was conducted via a poll and which should be read
