Termination of Potential Acquisition of Hyperion

Update on Suspension of Listing

Further to the announcements of 5 October 2023 and 3 January 2024 relating to
a potential acquisition by BIH of Hyperion Resources Limited ("Hyperion"), a
private Seychelles company which through its wholly owned subsidiary, Camel
Gold SRL, holds 100% interest in a gold and other precious metals exploration
licence in Burkina Faso (the "Potential Acquisition"), BIH today announces
that it has been unable to progress the Potential Acquisition which has been
terminated with immediate effect.

The Company is actively considering other potential opportunities and would
hope to have further news in due course. For now, the trading in the Company's
ordinary shares remains suspended pending publication of the Company's audited
annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the
"Accounts"). The Company is working with its auditors on the finalisation of
its Accounts and a further announcement will be made in due course.
