Results of AGM

 

Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas
exploration company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today
all resolutions were passed. A presentation will shortly be made available on
the Company's website.

 

The results of the proxy voting were:

 

 Resolution                                                                      Proxy votes in favour

 1 Receive, consider and adopt the 2023 accounts, the Directors' Report  and     99.91%
 Auditor's Report

 2 Approve the Directors' Remuneration Report                                    99.57%

 3. Re-appoint BDO LLP as auditor and authorise the Directors to determine the   99.83%
 remuneration of BDO LLP as the auditor of the Company
 4. Re-elect Harry Baker as a Director                                           99.59%
 5. Increase authorised capital                                                  99.53%
 6. Authority to allot relevant securities                                       97.09%
 7. Disapplication of shareholder's pre-emption rights                           96.66%
