Profile Summary
BluGlass Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in developing semiconductor manufacturing technology and devices. The Company is involved in the development of the Company’s laser diode product portfolio for the industrial, biotech, and scientific markets. The Company is a supplier of Gallium Nitride (GaN) laser diode products to the global photonics industry, focused on the industrial, defense, biomedical, and scientific markets. It offers custom laser diode development and manufacturing, from small-batch custom lasers to medium and high-volume off-the-shelf products. The Company uses metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technology and its patented low temperature remote plasma chemical vapor deposition (RPCVD) technology to manufacture higher performance, lower cost GaN laser diodes, initially in the 405 nanometers (nm), 420nm and 450nm wavelengths. The Company’s facilities are located in Sydney, Australia, and Nashua, United States.
