BluEnergies Ltd, formerly Acme Gold Company Limited, is a Canada-based oil and gas company. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Harper Basin Reconnaissance License in Liberia, Africa. It holds a 100% interest in Reconnaissance License No. LPRA-002 (the RL), Harper basin, offshore Liberia, consisting of three blocks. The RL comprises Blocks LB-26, LB-30, and LB-31, an area totaling 8,925 square kilometers (km2) (2.2 million acres), which is 40% of the Harper basin. The Harper basin contains the prolific, Cretaceous deepwater fan/channel play that is proven by the billion-barrel Calao discovery (Cote d’Ivoire) and the Jubilee Field (Ghana) on the same West African Transform Margin; the 4+ bboe Venus discovery further south in Namibia; and the 10+ bboe producing Stabroek Block in Guyana on the conjugate margin.
