Bigben Interactive SA is a France-based company primarily engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of videogame software, as well as videogame console accessories. Its range of offering includes games for Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii. The Company also offers to its customers various accessories for iPhone, such as silicon gloves and chargers, as well as accessories for Nintendo and Sony PlayStation, including steering wheels and carrying cases, among others. The Company is operational through four direct wholly owned subsidiaries: Games.FR SAS (France), Bigben Interactive Belgium (Belgium), Bigben Interactive GmbH (Germany) and Bigben Interactive HK Ltd (Hong Kong). It also holds stakes in other companies. In April 2014, it finalized sale of 51% of ModeLabs mobile distribution business.
