 b)  Nature of the transaction                On 29 May 2024, Mr Vetch sold 24,254 Ordinary Shares in the Company.  The
                                              shares were held by Byways Investment Company Limited, a company owned and
                                              controlled by Mr Vetch and his family, at an average price of 1240.00 pence
                                              per share.

                                              On 29 May 2024, Mr Vetch acquired 8,038 shares at an average price of 1238.00
                                              pence per share into his pension.

                                              Mr Vetch and his family's revised beneficial holding is 6,520,548 ordinary
                                              shares, representing 3.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
