Admission of shares to trading
 
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for 376,480 ordinary shares issued in March 2021, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the LSE (as depository interests). Dealings are expected to commence on 2 July 2021 (Admission).
 
The Company's issued ordinary share capital following Admission continues to be 258,981,900 ordinary shares.
 
The above figure of 258,981,900 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the ASX Listing Rules, the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and the CNMVs Listing rules.
