Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in
North America supplying the steel industry, announces that that it has today
received notice that, following the suspension of its shares and its intention
to seek creditor protection possibly in administration, WH Ireland has
resigned as joint broker with immediate effect.
