LONDON, U.K. AND PLANO, TX, U.S. (14 June 2024). Belluscura plc (AIM: BELL),
announced on 12 June 2024 that it is seeking to raise up to £2.4 million, net
of expenses, through a Placing of Convertible Loan Notes to certain existing
and new investors. A Circular in relation to Placing and Notice of General
Meeting, to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 8 July 2024 at 15 Fetter Lane, London
EC4A 1BW, has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available
