Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

 

The Company announces that on 24 May 2024 it made a market purchase of
1,405,663 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 55.64 pence
per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                                    38,910,116
 Total Voting Rights / Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury  398,505,706
