Director/PDMR shareholding - acquisition of shares

Baron Oil Plc (AIM: BOIL) has been notified that on 10 June 2024, Dr John
Chessher, Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,000,000 ordinary
shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average
price of 0.0864 pence per share.

Accordingly, Dr John Chessher's total beneficial shareholding in the Company
is 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.024% of the
Company's current voting rights.
