The Company primarily catering to parents with children from newborn to three years of age and parents-to-be. Its core purpose is to support new and expectant parents in the early years of parenthood. Its principal product categories include prams, cots and nursery furniture, car safety, toys, babywear, feeding, nappies, manchester, associated accessories and consumables. It also provides services that are complementary to the products it sells, including car seat installation and hire services of certain nursery products. It offers various brands, including 4Baby, Bilbi, Britax, Bugaboo, Jengo, Camelbak, Charli Chair, Cherub Baby, Chicco, Dentons, Designer Kidz, and others. It operates stores throughout Australia and an online store, babybunting.com.au. It also has operations in New Zealand, with three stores in Auckland and one store in Christchurch and an online store, babybunting.co.nz.
