Transaction in Own Shares

 

B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM) announces that, in accordance with the terms of its
share buyback programme announced on 11 June 2024 (the "Share Buyback
Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary
shares of £0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The purchased Ordinary Shares will
be held by the Company in Treasury.

 Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:                2,500
 Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share (GBp):                   515.25p
 Highest price paid per Ordinary Share (GBp):                  515.25p
 Volume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share (GBp):  515.25p

 

Following the above share buyback, the number of Ordinary Shares held by the
Company in Treasury is 64,070 and the total number of Ordinary Shares that the
Company has in issue, including shares held in Treasury, is 37,288,000.
Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 37,223,930 and this
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014/EU
(as in force in the UK and as amended by the Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU
Exit) Regulations 2019), the table below contains detailed information of the

Programme.
