 Total Voting Rights

Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE, AIM: AURA) ("Aura" or the "Company") notes that
on 22 July 2024, 1,543,958 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares")
were inadvertently admitted to trading on AIM as a duplication of the
1,543,958 Ordinary Shares that were admitted on 16 July 2024. Accordingly, an
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for cancellation of
these 1,543,958 duplicate shares (the "Cancellation"). It is expected that the
Cancellation will become effective on or around 3 September 2024.

 

Total Voting Rights

Following the Cancellation, the total issued share capital of the Company will
consist of 848,462,427 Ordinary Shares.  The Company does not hold any
Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total current voting rights in the
Company is 848,462,427 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
