Conference Attendance - Fastmarkets

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, GSE: ALLGH, OTCQX: ALLIF,
"Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the African-focused lithium exploration
and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, is
pleased to announce the Company's attendance at the Fastmarkets Lithium Supply
and Battery Raw Materials Conference in Las Vegas on 24-27 June 2024.

Taking place alongside the conference, the Company is proud to have been
nominated in two categories at the inaugural Voltas Awards 2024, which aims to
celebrate pioneering companies, leaders and innovators who have demonstrated
excellence and groundbreaking achievements across the battery raw materials
supply chain.

Finance Director and Company Secretary Amanda Harsas has been named as a
finalist for the 'Industry Woman of the Year' award, while the Company has
been nominated for the 'ESG Award - Community Engagement'.

advancing its flagship project, the Ewoyaa Lithium Project, a significant
lithium spodumene pegmatite discovery in Ghana, through to production to
