The Company is engaged in manufacturing and producing or dealing in various types of valves and cocks, boiler mountings, pipe fittings, sanitary fitting and the selling, dealing or fabrication of steel and iron or non-ferrous metal and by products. It operates through only one segment that is engaged in the business of manufacturing valves and fittings, steam traps and strainers. The Company's brand includes ATAM & FEBI. Its ATAM Valves are suitable for industrial and domestic applications as well as for controlling a variety of service fluids, oil and steam, within various pressure and temperature ranges. The Company provides a range of products consisting of gate valves, globe valves, non-return valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, parallel slide (blow down) valves, safety valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, and fusible plugs.
