Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

 

The Company announces that it will be holding its annual general meeting at
the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH on
Friday, 14 June 2024 at 10.30 a.m. (the "Annual General Meeting").

The formal Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy will be
posted to shareholders today.  The Notice, including full details of all
resolutions to be proposed, will be  available to view on the Company's
website https://www.asianenergyimpact.com/
(https://www.asianenergyimpact.com/) .  It has also been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly at

Recommendation

The Directors unanimously recommend shareholders vote in favour of the
resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting.
