ASPL: Shareholders should support both resolutions

We, LIM Advisors Limited, on behalf of the funds under our management, have
today (18 June 2024) published a letter encouraging Aseana Properties Limited
("ASPL") shareholders to vote FOR Resolution 1 and Resolution 2, to appoint
two new directors, Dato' Dr THONG Kok Cheong and Clare Mariam Binti MUHIUDEEN,
at the Requisitioned General Meeting on 3 July 2024.
