pleased to invite shareholders to attend an investor webinar on Tuesday 3
September 2024 at 3pm AWST / 5pm AEST / 8am BST.

The webinar will be an opportunity for Executive Director George Ventouras to
provide an update on the Company's gold, copper and lithium exploration and
recent developments in the Pilbara region including the exceptionally
high-grade gold results reported in veins at the Titan prospect.
