Profile Summary
Armadillo Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing base and precious metals properties throughout North and South America. The Company's LD property consists of approximately 12 two post claims totaling approximately 300 hectares is located in northwestern British Columbia. The Company's Amazon Basin Gold Property is located south of the city of Manaus and encompasses approximately 1,370,400 hectares of 164 processos minerals (claims) in the states of Amazonas, Mato Grosso and Rondonia. Its Amazonas State tenures, which consist of Manicore, Aripuana and Curauai, consist of approximately 35 mineral claims and include 338,262 hectares. Its Madeirinha, Juruena, Matupa and Jatoba projects consist of approximately 63 mineral claims consisting of approximately 512,650 hectares. Its Rondonia State consists of two projects: the Cacoal and Theobrama projects, which consist of approximately 18 mineral claims over 49,400 hectares.
