Result of Annual General Meeting

Confirmation of Board Change

Aquis Exchange PLC is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual
General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced on 31 October 2023, Jonathan Clelland did not stand for
re-election as a director, and we now confirm his retirement from the Board.
We would like to thank Jonathan for his assistance in ensuring a smooth
transition of his executive duties. We are delighted to now also confirm that
Jonathan has agreed to continue on as Special Advisor, with a focus on select
projects. We look forward to continuing to work with Jonathan in his new
capacity.
