In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6, Antofagasta plc ("Antofagasta" or
the "Company") announces that Tracey Kerr, an Independent Non-Executive
Director since January 2024, will join the Audit and Risk Committee with
effect from 1 September 2024.
