Angling Direct plc (AIM: ANG), the leading omni-channel specialist fishing
tackle and equipment retailer, is pleased to announce that Steve Crowe
(CEO) and Sam Copeman (CFO) will provide a live presentation via the Investor
Meet Company platform on 20 May 2024 at 11:00am BST.

The presentation relates to the Group's financial results for the twelve
months ended 31 January 2024, which are due to be published on 14 May 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
