Director/PDMR Dealing

 

Aminex announces that on 18 June 2024, Thomas Mackay, Non-executive Director,
exercised an option over 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of
0.86 pence each and sold 3,873,959 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.5147 pence
each. The option was due to expire on 19 June 2024. The sale of shares was to
cover the associated cost attached to the exercise of options and resultant
tax charge.

 

Following these transactions, which is further detailed in the PDMR
Notification Form below, Thomas Mackay's ultimate beneficial ownership in the
Company is 2,654,988 Ordinary Shares.
