Profile Summary
American Oriental Bioengineering Inc is a company mainly engaged in the integrated pharmaceutical. The Company is engaged in development, manufacture and commercialization of a broad range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The Company’s business consists of prescription pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter pharmaceutical products and nutraceutical products. Two flagship prescription pharmaceutical products marketed in China are Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Injection Powder, or SHL Injection Powder, and Cease Enuresis Soft Gel, or CE Gel. Over-the-counter pharmaceutical products are similar to its prescription pharmaceutical products in that they need approval from the SFDA. Nutraceutical products are intended for the overall well-being. The Company also sells several nutraceutical products, including its soybean peptide-based drinks, tablets, powder and instant coffee.
