Profile Summary
Amaroq Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties and other strategic mineral assets in Greenland. The Company has a 100% interest in the Nalunaq Project, an advanced exploration stage property with an exploitation license, including the previously operating Nalunaq gold mine. The Nalunaq gold mine is located 30 kilometer (km) northeast of Nanortalik, Greenland. It owns seven licenses in South Greenland covering an area of approximately 7,615.85 square kilometer (km2), which are prospective for gold and other strategic minerals. Its license portfolio offers access to high-grade mineralization across South Greenland. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is Nalunaq A/S.
