In order to maintain funding flexibility and take advantage of attractive
domestic financing conditions, AltynGold is pleased to announce the listing of
a bond program on the Astana International Exchange for up to a $100m to be
issued in tranches.

The Board intends to maintain leverage within acceptable norms taking into
account growth in forward profitability following the expansion of Seki’s
processing plant.
