Profile Summary
Aker Solutions ASA is a Norway-based provider of integrated solutions, products and services to the global energy industry. The Company owns and manages the group’s subsidiaries. Aker Solutions’ activities are divided into three reporting segments: The Renewables and Field Development segment, that designs and delivers renewable energy solutions for offshore wind, hydrogen and Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS); the Electrification, Maintenance and Modifications (EMM) segment optimizes field life solutions and provides a range of maintenance and modifications services for offshore infrastructure, and offers decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings including electrification solutions, while the Subsea segment supplies a spectrum of intelligent subsea products, systems and solutions globally, as well as subsea lifecycle services. The Company has a subsidiary, Aker Solutions Holding AS.
