Closing of Peters Surgical acquisition

 

 

Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), a world-leading
specialist in tissue-healing technologies is pleased to confirm that,
following the regulatory approval of the acquisition of Peters Surgical
announced on 27 June, the transaction has been successfully completed and will
be effective from 1 July.
