Dear Shareholder,

 

We are writing to you as a Shareholder of the Fund, a sub-fund of Invesco
Markets plc (the "Company"), to inform you of a change to the Supplement of
the Fund.

 

Background and Supplement update

 

Morningstar Indexes, the sponsor of the Morningstar MLP Composite Index (the
"Reference Index") for the Fund, has announced that due to the concentration
of securities in the Reference Index, the 5-10-50 capping constraint will be
relaxed for the upcoming June 2024 reconstitution of the Reference Index.
Morningstar Indexes will apply a 5-13-55 capping in order to meet the intended
index objectives and adhere to the index methodology. For the purpose of
ensuring the on-going UCITS compliance of the Reference Index, the maximum
weighting of any one index constituent will be capped at 20%, or in
exceptional market circumstances, the weighting of one constituent of the
Reference Index may be increased to a maximum of 35%.

 

There will be no change to the index methodology of the Reference Index. For
Shareholders in the Fund, there will be no change to their existing
shareholding. As a result of the announcement by Morningstar Indexes, the
index description in the Supplement will be updated to provide further detail
regarding the weighting relaxation options in the index methodology and the
UCITS diversification rules in the Reference Index.

Effective Date

 

The change will take effect after close of business on the 24 June 2024. The
Supplement will be amended in due course to reflect this change and will be
available to Shareholders free of charge.

 

Should you wish to redeem your shareholding as a result of the change, you may
do so in accordance with the dealing provisions outlined in the Supplement.

Shareholders may obtain the Prospectus, the key information document, the
latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the constitution of the
Company free of charge from the registered office of the Manager or the local
representatives in the countries where the Company is registered as well as
from the German information agent, Marcard Stein & Co AG, Ballindamm 36,
20095 Hamburg, Germany and on the website of the Company - etf.invesco.com or
- limited to the Prospectus, the key information documents - on the website of
the relevant stock exchange where the Shares are listed (for Italy, on the
website of Borsa Italiana S.p.a. www.borsaitaliana.it). In Switzerland, the
Prospectus, the key information documents, the latest annual and semi-annual
reports and copies of the M&A may be obtained free of charge from the
Swiss Representative and Paying Agent, BNP Paribas, Paris, Zurich branch,
Selnaustrasse 16, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland.

 

All capitalised terms used in this notice shall bear the same meaning as the
capitalised and defined terms used in the Prospectus and Supplement.
