A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 21 June 2024 that the
following Director acquired on 21 June 2024 such number of the Company's
ordinary shares of 4(1)/(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below,
following the transfer of deferred bonus shares in respect of bonus awards
made in April 2023 and April 2024 from the Company's employee benefit trust to
an individual nominee arrangement, to be held for the remainder of their
respective deferral periods.
