Issue of Equity
88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) has today issued 42,230,000 fully paid shares ("Consideration Shares") at a deemed issue price of A$0.032 per share pursuant to 88 Energy's acquisition of a 50% working interest in Project Peregrine from Alaska Peregrine Development Company, LLC ("APDC"), which was announced on 7 June 2021.
Application will be made for admission of the Consideration Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 16 July 2021. Following the issue of the Consideration Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has a total of 13,544,547,627 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
