Publication of Annual Report

 

4GLOBAL, a provider of data and technology for sports, fitness and wellness
organisations to optimise operational and investment decisions, announces that
it has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2024.

 

A copy of the Annual Report is available on the Company's website
www.4global.com (http://www.4global.com) , and copies are today being sent to
those shareholders who have requested one.

 

Following completion of the audit, there have been no changes to the unaudited
preliminary results which were notified on 16 July 2024.

 

Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

The AGM will be held at the offices of 4GLOBAL, 5th Floor, Building 7 Chiswick
Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YG, on 30 September 2024 at
11.00am.
