Directorate changes

 

Wendy Dorman and Samantha Hoe-Richardson

 

As announced in the announcement of the results of 3i Infrastructure plc for
the year to 31 March 2024 issued on 8 May 2024, Wendy Dorman and Samantha
Hoe-Richardson, non-executive Directors of the Company, did not seek
re-election as Directors at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting on 4
July 2024.  Accordingly, they ceased to be Directors of the Company at the
conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 4 July 2024.

 

Martin Magee, non-executive Director of the Company, has succeeded Wendy
Dorman as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from the
conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 4 July 2024.
