Profile Summary
Helia Group Limited is an Australia-based Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) provider. Its LMI proposition protects lenders if a homeowner defaults on a home loan and the lender is unable to recover the outstanding loan amount from the sale of the secured property. Lender’s purchase LMI for risk transfer and capital management purposes. LMI provides protection to a lender to help borrowers purchase a property with a smaller deposit. LMI protects the lender against the risk of potential losses, in case they are unable to make home loan repayments, and the lender is unable to recover the outstanding loan amount from the sale of the security property. This makes loans more accessible to people who are looking to buy a home with less than 20% deposit. Home buyers have a range of flexible options for paying the LMI cost to their lender. It also offers flexible solutions to support home ownership and provide options for covering the LMI cost.

The PE ratio (or price-to-earnings ratio) is the one of the most popular valuation measures used by stock market investors. It is calculated by dividing a company's price per share by its earnings per share.
The PE ratio can be seen as being expressed in years, in the sense that it shows the number of years of earnings which would be required to pay back the purchase price, ignoring inflation. So in general terms, the higher the PE, the more expensive the stock is.
