Ive always kept my eye on Abrdn (LON:ABDN) and although it may have had a tough year, I do think the share value is currently undervalued. Am I missing something as to why the share price is at an all time low??

One of the most shorted stocks. Clients seem to be leaving, read the Trustpilot reviews. I have just sold my fund. Poor customer service. I could not get on with their system. It only goes back about 6 years. They take 2-3 weeks to respond to each email, then they don't answer most of it.

Removing the vowels is actually a Ratner moment imo. There are a few things you want when you choose to place your capital with an investment manager: stability, common sense, a clear vision, a long term approach, not jumping on the nearest bandwagon.
To spend a fortune on advice, to follow it unquestioningly, despite it being universally regarded as moronic, and then to refuse to recognise your mistake, is to demonstrate the exact opposite of the qualities any prospective investor is looking for. It may have permanently destroyed the company. It will certainly continue to damage it until that decision is reversed.

A few teenagers may have been persuaded to place £12.50 with Abrdn (LON:ABDN) after their down-with-the-kids rebranding. Everyone else just found it hilariously tragic and got out! (I held)
