Excellent comments from Kartik wrt the UK housebuilding sector. Indeed a deep value play rather than a value trap.

To answer the Nintendo question:

You can buy it on the TYO (Tokyo Stock Exchange) via ticker 7974 directly with IBKR.

If your base currency is GBP then you'd have to make two trades in order to purchase a given amount of it £X:

(1) Buy Yen (Sell £X worth of GBP.JPY)

(2) Buy 7974 with the resulting Yen funds.

I don't own this company myself but do own some Japanese bank stocks.

Excellent interview Paul . I noted with interest the section on airlines and referenced across to Jet2 (LON:JET2) which has just acquired some new planes and seems in an advantageous position to push ahead when the market sentiment returns. Of course the same could be said for many good companies which seem extremely cheap currently.

I seem to recall super smart investor CockneyRebel (aka Richard Crow) also likes Jet2
