Watched that . . . "Good" I thought. Researched a bit "OK" I thought . . . Went to their commercial website and was offered a voucher code for 1st order in exchange for my email. "Normal" I thought. Looked around the site. "Let's give them a test order" I thought. Placed items in basket . . . clicked through to checkout . . . put voucher code in box. Amount due remained unchanged! Back tracked . . . tried again "Voucher code already used" I was told. Sent them email informing them of error with request to inform Pippa Clark. That was three days ago and no reply. But they are bombarding me with email offers ever since.
Moral of the story . . . if you can put yourself in the shoes of a real customer it's always a good idea to do so because customer service is the life and death of a part at least of Creighton's business. I run a business and know the ropes . . . every customer is hard earned and harder kept.
Needless to say I will not be investing!
