Of course a breakup of Alphabet (NSQ:GOOGL) may not necessarily be a bad thing and I hope the situation is resolved quickly as one problem with Microsoft (NSQ:MSFT) is how long the anti trust issue dragged on , focusing a lot of management time that could have been spent on more productive strategies.

For any Affirm Holdings (NSQ:AFRM) investors and traders.The company got an analyst upgrade from Wells Fargo on Friday.Always a good sign especially in the us market.Large volume and trending on yahoo finance! last Friday too.Maybe the company will get a mention on Cramer's Mad Money again this year mentioning 'pigs getting slaughtered' (the share price was $50 a share at the time and one i did manage to sell for a profit)?However hopefully rates are still coming down, if a little slower than previously expected as opposed to last Christmas and the company should be profitable sooner rather than later.Here's hoping for both a Santa Rally and a soft landing.Upstart Holdings (NSQ:UPST, the heavily shorted ai lending company (that was also very popular during the pandemic (another Carvana Co (NYQ:CVNA) - ridiculous valuation but investors have had opportunity to cash out big and still do (without the debt restructuring..(you never know with the us markets??)) also is trending higher on strong momentum (i have this originally as a longer than expected trade, however they did sell some of their loan book to private equity house Blue Owl Capital (NYQ:OWL.No idea on the exact terms though but bodes well as Blue Owl Capital (NYQ:OWL) is hardly a bucket shop!!Not great analysis i admit..

I like Celsius Holdings (NAQ:CELH) more at this price too after the huge sell off and it getting ahead of itself.The stock still has its distribution partnership and investor PepsiCo (NSQ:PEP) and had a 14% upmove 2 days ago off some trade analyst investor day,Convenience store sales should be rebounding next year and they've still get the currently out of the money option of international expansion outside of the US.I saw a Celsius drink the other day...!!Simple thesis : people like those red bull kinda energy drinks, celsius has grown sales massively the last few years so the share price/valuation went crazy, and will still like them in a few years time i think .Not as complicated as a business selling complicated stuff that the average investor has no clue about its market.Perhaps i'm being too simple... but i like it more here than 2 to 3 times its price.Could be the start of a new bull run (heavily relying on efficient market theory in the most liquid market in the world- someone knows much more granularity than me???)? Next earnings in November i think.
Get a Seeking Alpha subscription Callum.They have the latest breaking news and trends, although later than Bloomberg etc.. ofcourse but a lot cheaper too.They also have their own version of US focused Stockranks.It's good for US stockpicking ideas as there's a whole US focused community there and you can read and pick n mix what suits you.Great for initial ideas.It's great if you're a US momentum investor like i am and more value quality investor too, although you can do quality value research here with the US Stocko subscription.I watch Tastytrade too (they sell options as their main stratgey, although chat market trends all day) on and off on Youtube (part of IG group (LON:IGG) now) for market news and analysis, although some of it can be rather too micro at times.It's a fun show though with Tom and Tony.I like that aspect a lot.It's a laugh.

I doubled my position in Rocket Lab USA (NAQ:RKLB) Friday and have decided this weekend to sell most AIM stocks I hold (circa 30% of my folio) and to reinvest into the US market and look back at the situation on 1 November... I have done well since the flash crash Japan thing in August. I still think NVIDIA (NSQ:NVDA) is undervalued and will be opening a position in Microsoft (NSQ:MSFT) and a smaller position in Amazon.com (NSQ:AMZN.

The technology stack and strategy and how the company operates and thus what Nvidia's 'moat' is. In particular how NVDA is a foundation platform for all AI.

Some nuclear related stocks rising quite a lot on newsfeeds that Amazon.com (NSQ:AMZN) and Alphabet (NSQ:GOOGL) are placing orders with reactor suppliers to secure power for data centres.
Two big movers I spotted Oklo (NYQ:OKLO) and Nuscale Power (NYQ:SMR) .
I do not hold these and have done virtually no research into this area. But I have noted that French and Germans are also moving towards agreements about more nuclear. I am sure many other players are also paying attention to this market. Further, there seems to be increasing sentiment to badge nuclear as a renewable.

Some good action this week on Rocket Lab USA (NAQ:RKLB) on the back of news that NASA have given them a Mars contract, but perhaps more so the news that they have added a last minute addition to their manifest taking off in a few days time. What's unusual about this is that from contract signed to delivery in only 8 weeks! Shows how quickly they can now place an order into space which is an eye opener and will be of interest to countries and companies alike.

Lots of large caps mentioned on this thread but I prefer the Small Caps space.
My long term holds in the US are Limbach Holdings (NAQ:LMB) and Climb Global Solutions (NMQ:CLMB)
But I also have positions in Ceragon Networks (NSQ:CRNT) , Travelzoo (NSQ:TZOO) , Daktronics (NSQ:DAKT) and Sensus Healthcare (NAQ:SRTS)
I would welcome any thoughts on those and any other US small caps you think are interesting.
