Executive Summary
Tikit Group plc provides consultancy, support services and software solutions, primarily to the top 200 UK and European law and accounting firms. The consultancy and services offering covers a comprehensive range of a firm's requirements from implementation of IT infrastructure to high level IT strategy. Tikit also supplies and supports both third-party and its own software. Since flotation in 2001, Tikit has made a number of acquisitions. Already the recognised leader in the UK legal practices market, Tikit acquired Network and Integration Services Limited (NIS), a firm specialising in IT infrastructure support for accounting firms, in December 2004. This move was designed to open up the accounting market to Tikit's software business - and to offer a wider service to its existing legal clients. In February 2005 Tikit acquired its main rival in software solutions in the UK legal market, ResSoft, so consolidating its leadership in this market.
