I am trialling Stockopedia and first impressions are very good indeed. I have been using Sharepad and SimplyWallSt, which are OK. Used to use Zacks and Motley Fool.

I had some Triple Flag Canadian Shares, that had not done well so sold them very recently, so had some Canadian Dollars in my SIPP.

I had been on a 4-5 day Mark Minervini course in Myrtle Beach and he likes momentum stock buying and selling  and likes William O' Neill's style, so with the markets' uncertainties I decided to review the William O'Neill Filter through Stockopedia and up came these two very different shares.

So, I reviewed them, printed out the information on each and liked what I saw. So, I bought both with the money from the sale of Tripled Flag and both have subsequently improved in value, whereas most of my other stocks have not.

It's very early days, but I have created a Portfolio and input the prices paid and number of shares bought and I like that there is plenty of room for a description, so when I look back I have the reason why I bought, apart from the printed sheets. So, I think I will be signing up shortly.
