Why is @svml so lowly rated and undiscussed?
It has low cost sources of graphite and rutile (Titanium). Rio Tinto has bought a 15% stake and put up cash.
What more is needed?

Poorly rated because it never makes a profit and the forecasts are not good.
Resource stocks get little coverage in here.
