The crash that started the great depression took a huge tumble over about *a week*, and then a further tumble over about *6 weeks* but it didn't bottom out for a further *3 years*.
Is now the time to be out of the stock market? Markets are going to be unsettled and reciprocal measures or new non-US trading alliances will only propogate the situation.
I'm going to sleep on it but I suspect I am going to be mainly in cash tomorrow.
In time buying opportunities will emerge but for now what are the alternatives to sitting on cash?
