Berkeley Group (LON:BKG) is due to exit the portfolio by rotation. However, it has a Stockopedia StockRank in the 90's, so I'm leaving it in. Lazy me.
The portfolio has beaten the FT350 over 5 years, and almost certainly since inception, too.
