Is Qinetiq a buy now with news on defence budget??

With the UK just announcing a new budget for defence, is Qinetiq (LON:QQ.) now looking a good buy?? BAE Systems (LON:BA.) is the obvious play but this is already on the rise.

I'm trying to find other defence stocks apart from the obvious, any thoughts?? G4s (LON:G4SA) Serco (LON:SRP) good ideas??

Chemring (LON:CHG) and Cohort (LON:CHRT) are 2 others but not cheap. Also Babcock International (LON:BAB)

I do wonder whether QQ could be an interesting play I believe it is involved in laser technology
